About the Founder

The President of Demand Facts, Ed Goodwin, has worked closely with decision-makers in over fifty Fortune 1000 companies to design, manage, interpret and report thousands of studies on the needs, desires, values, perceptions, interests and behaviors of all types of current and prospective customers. This includes buyers and users in the following markets:
 

Business Services - payroll, benefits, consulting, imaging & shipping services

Financial Services
banking, mutual fund, brokerage & insurance services 

Technology Products & Services - computers, printers & copiers, storage devices, software, telecommunications & IT VAR services

Consumer Goods - frozen meals, beverages, electronics and housewares

Several of these client relationships evolved into long-lasting, trust-based business partnerships which encompassed all of their primary research needs.

Prior to founding Demand Facts, Ed was an Executive Director at The Sutherland Group, a Vice President at Boston Research Group and a Vice President/Group Manager at Burke Marketing Research. After obtaining a MBA in Marketing, Ed joined Burke's Executive Training program and spent 15 years in a series of Project Services and Client Services management positions located in Cincinnati, Dallas, Westport (CT) and Boston areas.
